VeloYou offers bike leasing through a network of dealers. Consumers need to find a dealer in their region, calculate the monthly fee for a bike and then submit an application. Dealers need their own management panel. Standard Magento offers none of these features — everything was built from scratch.

An integration with the Google Maps JavaScript API allows consumers to search for dealers within a configurable range (in km). The map shows dealer pins with contact information and opening hours.
Monthly-fee calculator
A JavaScript calculator computes the monthly lease price based on product price, duration and chosen lease package. The calculation runs client-side for instant feedback, with server-side validation on submission.
Dealer management portal
Dealers can manage their product offering and availability via their own environment in Magento. Consumer applications are filtered and routed per dealer.
Web forms for lease applications
Multiple custom web forms handle the lease application, dealer registration and contact requests — with server-side validation and email confirmation.
