Our data is messy — can AI still work?
The Quickscan assesses data readiness. We start with your cleanest source. Many use cases don't require large proprietary datasets.
What about privacy and GDPR?
EU-hosted infrastructure by default. Data Processing Agreement included. Models configured not to train on your data. We help with your AI register under the EU AI Act. Privacy is built in, not bolted on.
Does this create vendor lock-in?
Open standards, LLM-agnostic architecture. The custom code and documentation are yours; modules from our own toolkit stay ours, with licence terms agreed upfront. We use n8n and open-weight models where independence matters — 'you hold the keys, we build the locks.'
Is this just a ChatGPT wrapper?
The model is the engine — we build the vehicle that fits your business. The value is in the integration: your data, your processes, validation, fallback and monitoring. Not a generic wrapper.
What if it doesn't work?
We only build after your go on a concrete plan, then work in small steps. If anything shifts, you hear it immediately. If it isn't working, we stop — and tell you honestly what the options are.
Do we need to worry about the EU AI Act?
Probably yes — deployer obligations (AI register, transparency, DPAs) apply to most business AI since August 2025. We help you understand what applies and build it into the delivery.
Can you guarantee results?
No — and be wary of anyone who does. AI in business is too young for guarantees, and we are honest about still learning where it does and doesn't work ourselves. What we do promise: small steps with an honest estimate upfront, building only after your go, an honest stop if it isn't met — and the custom work we build for you is yours.
